SUBMITTING A CLAIM

We are so sorry to hear that you experienced an inconvenience with our products! Please follow the instructions below to help us resolve your issue or contact us for further assistance.

  • ITEM IS DAMAGED

    In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 30 days after the purchase of the item to sales@jammyyummy.com.

    In order to process a claim, please include the following information in your email:

    1) Name of the person who bought the product (billing information).

    2) Order number (When you placed the order, we sent you an email with this)

    3) Subject: Damaged product.

    4) Describe what was damaged in the text of the email.

    5) Please submit at least 2 photos with the following:

    • Photo that shows the extent of the damage
    • Photo of the label on the outer packaging showing the names and addresses of the sender and the addressee.
    • Any other photo you’d like to share with us related to the damage of the product

    It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible about the damaged order. In that way, we can select the best approach to address the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future.

  • SHIPMENT RETURNED TO JAMMY YUMMY

    UNDELIVERABLE

    Sometimes packages are returned to us as "undeliverable"

    • After rechecking the shipping address with the buyer, if the address was written correctly, we can either issue a full refund or send you the package again (at no extra charge).
    • After rechecking the shipping address with the buyer, if the address has something missing or was misspelled by the buyer (i.e. suite, apartment or was written Avenue instead of Street, etc.), we will issue a refund minus shipping charges incurred.
