For meat lovers! This delicious recipe features our unique Jalapeño Jam paired with Sirloin Steak- the perfect balance of sweet and salty!


    • 2 Sirloin Steaks
    • 2 tbsp of Jalapeño Jam
    • 2 tbsp of Low sodium Soy Sauce
    • 1 tsp of Chili powder or cayenne pepper (optional)

    Remove steaks from packaging and generously salt each side. Return to refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To make glaze, combine Jalapeño Jam, Soy Sauce, and chili powder or cayenne into a bowl. Stir until well mixed.

    Remove steaks from fridge and pat dry with paper towel. Get a grill pan or cast iron pan hot screaming hot. Add steaks to pan to and sear one side. Flip steaks and baste seared side with glaze.

    After 2nd side is seared, flip steaks and glaze 2nd side. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes for medium rare or until desired temperature is achieved. Remove steaks from pan and add additional glaze if desired.
