This delicious recipe features our unique Caramelized Onion Jam paired with steak and horseradish mayo- the perfect balance of sweet and salty!
INGREDIENTS
- Toasted Ciabatta Rolls
- Thin Sliced Beef Steak
- 1 tbsp of Canola Oil
- Provolone Cheese
- 2 tbsp of Caramelized Onion Jam
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce

METHOD
- With your oven at 325 degrees, toast the sliced ciabatta rolls until browned
- Preheat a pan with the canola oil to a high heat
- Add the sliced beef to sear and cook until it is browned and cooked through
- While the beef is cooking, mix together the jam, mayo, and horseradish sauce
- Spread the sauce on both faces of the ciabatta roll
- Add the seared beef to the bottom roll
- Top with a slice of provolone cheese
- Return bottom of sandwich to oven until the cheese is melted
- Top with the other half of the roll and enjoy!
