This delicious recipe features our unique Caramelized Onion Jam paired with steak and horseradish mayo- the perfect balance of sweet and salty!


    • Toasted Ciabatta Rolls
    • Thin Sliced Beef Steak
    • 1 tbsp of Canola Oil
    • Provolone Cheese
    • 2 tbsp of Caramelized Onion Jam
    • 2 tbsp Mayo
    • 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce

    1. With your oven at 325 degrees, toast the sliced ciabatta rolls until browned
    2. Preheat a pan with the canola oil to a high heat
    3. Add the sliced beef to sear and cook until it is browned and cooked through
    4. While the beef is cooking, mix together the jam, mayo, and horseradish sauce
    5. Spread the sauce on both faces of the ciabatta roll
    6. Add the seared beef to the bottom roll
    7. Top with a slice of provolone cheese
    8. Return bottom of sandwich to oven until the cheese is melted
    9. Top with the other half of the roll and enjoy!
