This delicious recipe features our unique Red Pepper Jam paired with deviled eggs & bacon- the perfect balance of sweet and salty!


    • 6 large Eggs
    • 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise
    • ½ tbsp of Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
    • Salt and Pepper, to taste
    • 4 oz of Red Pepper Jam
    • 2 strips of Bacon

    1. Cut bacon into small pieces, cook in a cold pan on medium-low heat until crispy.
    2. Boil water, lower heat, gently place eggs, and boil for 14 minutes.
    3. Prepare ice-water bath. Transfer boiled eggs to bath, cool, peel, slice in half, remove yolks.
    4. Mash yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, mix.
    5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using spoon or piping bag.
    6. Garnish with Red Pepper jam and crispy bacon pieces.
