Deviled eggs with Red Pepper Jam and Bacon

This delicious recipe features our unique Red Pepper Jam paired with deviled eggs & bacon- the perfect balance of sweet and salty!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 large Eggs
- 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 oz of Red Pepper Jam
- 2 strips of Bacon

METHOD
- Cut bacon into small pieces, cook in a cold pan on medium-low heat until crispy.
- Boil water, lower heat, gently place eggs, and boil for 14 minutes.
- Prepare ice-water bath. Transfer boiled eggs to bath, cool, peel, slice in half, remove yolks.
- Mash yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, mix.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with Red Pepper jam and crispy bacon pieces.
